How long does shipping take?
SLOKZ ships through Amazon. Prime members get free 1-2 day shipping. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
How do I return or exchange my order?
Since SLOKZ is sold through Amazon, returns are handled through Amazon’s standard return process. You can initiate a return within 30 days of delivery through your Amazon orders page.
How do I clean the sensory stones?
The stones are washable. Hand wash with mild soap and warm water, or place them on the top rack of a dishwasher. Air dry completely before use.
Are the stones safe for young children?
The stones themselves are safe for ages 5+. For children under 5, adult supervision is recommended due to the included necklace strings and keychain rings.
